Privacy Policy

Claude Motion Video ("we", "us") lets you create videos with Claude Opus 5.5 on this website. This policy explains what we collect when you use the website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything here is unclear, email cuilinhao2015@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Account details. Your email address and, when you use password sign-in, a password credential. Google sign-in requests only the OpenID and email scopes. We receive your Google account identifier and verified email address; we do not access Gmail content. Tokens returned during sign-in are used to verify your sign-in and are not stored.
- Billing details. Website payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We do not receive your full card number. We keep your plan, its status and renewal date, and the Stripe identifiers needed to match payments to your account.
- Your videos. The descriptions, chat messages and video code of the videos you make, as described below.
- Images you upload. Screenshots, photos or other images you upload to use as visual references in a project.
- Messages you send us. When you use the message button on the website, the email address you give us, your message, the page you sent it from and your IP address (to stop abuse). If you're signed in, it's linked to your account.
- Credit activity. A record of credits added to and used from your account, so we can show your balance and history.
- Session and security data. A hashed session token, your account ID and the session expiration time, stored to keep you signed in.
- Usage data. Which public pages and studio screens are viewed and which features are used (for example, starting a video, opening the plans, exporting), along with technical information such as device and browser details. Google Analytics and Cloudflare's automatically injected beacon also collect website visit and performance information.
Your prompts and videos
When you generate or edit a video, your description, chosen options, uploaded image inputs and current video code are sent to our server and passed to Claude through APIMart to produce the result.
Images you upload
Images you upload are stored with your account in Cloudflare storage. When you generate or edit a video, the image is sent to Claude through APIMart as visual input for writing animation code. The service does not automatically split an image into subject layers or send rendered frames for a separate visual review. Your signed-in account can request its images through the service. Uploaded source images are not automatically deleted after a fixed period; contact us if you want to request removal.
Only upload images you have the right to use. Don't upload images of other people without their permission.
So you don't lose your work, each video is saved to your account under My videos: your description, the chat with Opus about it, and the code of its versions (up to the latest 30). You can delete a project from My videos. This removes its saved versions and exported MP4 files; source images uploaded to your account may remain stored separately. MP4 files are created in your browser and a copy is stored with the project when you export it.
How we use your information
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To run generations and keep track of your credits.
- To process subscriptions and send receipts (Stripe sends these).
- To answer you when you contact us, by email or through the message button. We reply by email.
- To see which features are used and where people get stuck, so we can improve the website.
We don't sell your personal information and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site, database, uploaded images and exported MP4 files.
- Stripe processes website payments and manages those subscriptions.
- APIMart processes prompts and image inputs sent to the Claude model to generate or edit video code.
Google Analytics measures visits to public pages and the studio using device, browser and page-visit information. Cloudflare automatically injects a beacon that collects website access and performance information. These analytics services receive technical and visit data as described above.
When you play a public example video, your browser streams it from X's video CDN (video.twimg.com). That provider receives connection information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the video. Example authors and source links remain credited in the player.
Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy terms. Some of them process data outside your country, including in the United States.
Cookies and browser storage
We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. Google Analytics measures visits to public pages and the studio using device, browser and page-visit information; page-view tracking removes URL query strings and fragments and does not send prompts, uploaded files, account email or password-reset tokens. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. The studio stores a sidebar preference in local storage, not video content.
How long we keep it
We retain account details, credit history, project content, uploaded images, audio assets and support messages as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Project deletion removes its saved versions and MP4 exports, but does not automatically delete source image assets. We do not currently offer self-service account deletion; contact us from your account email to request deletion or a copy or correction of your data. We will review the request and applicable legal requirements.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to request account deletion. Email cuilinhao2015@gmail.com from the address on your account. We will review and respond to your request in line with applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Claude Motion Video isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll let account holders know by email.
